	To bring together pan-European stakeholders, decision-makers, operators and suppliers, to address the challenges in the quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) aspects of hydrocarbon energy production
	Contribute to making Europe the most competitive and dynamic knowledge-based oil and gas industry in the world, capable of sustainable economic growth, continuous performance improvement through greater social responsibility, technology innovation and knowledge sharing
